At Groomie Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your grooming routine. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and accessories are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
